Happy Fish Return Policy
You may return any unworn apparel or unused
items in its original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full
refund by following the Return Guidelines below. We can only refund
shipping costs if return is a result of our error.
Return Guidelines
* Returns and exchanges are only acceptable within 30 days of purchase.
* Exchanges are subject to a second shipping charge.
* Clearance items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
* All items must be in unused or in like-new condition.
* Returned merchandise is subject to inspection before issuing a refund or
exchange. Restocking charges of $2.00 per item apply for refunds.
* If original order was a "Free Shipping" order but the return decreases total value
below "Free Shipping" minimum of $85, a $9.50 shipping charge is deducted from refund.
* Please send merchandise prepaid via US Postal Service with delivery confirmation number. NOTE: We do not refund return shipping unless we made an error. We do not refund return shipping via FEDEX, UPS Blue, for Express Mail.
