Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
A. US and Canadian orders take about 5-7 business days. International
orders can take from 7-10 business days. We have noticed that some
Caribbean islands take a little longer. Note: Some countries may charge a customs fee and that would be the customer's responsibility, plus delivery times are based on point of entry for international orders.

Note: We offer Free Shipping to all our local sistahs and bruddahs within the Hawaiian Islands plus Free Shipping for domestic orders of $85.00 or more.
Q. Is it safe to submit credit card information over the internet?
A. We use secure server software (SSL) that encrypts your credit card and personal information plus all sensitive information is secured or shreaded.
Q. What credit cards and other methods of payment do you accept for orders?
A. We accept: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Carte
Blanche and Diners. We also accept money orders and personal checks, however, allow an additional 10 days delivery time to allow for check processing.
Q. Does your web site protect and respect my privacy (name, address,
telephone number and e-mail address)?
A. We do not share or sell any personal information from our customers. We do add your e-mail address to our mailing list to let you know about sales, new items, or happenings in Hawaii. Our newsletter is transmitted monthly and we try to keep it brief and entertaining. Please let us know if you do not want to receive these newsletters and we will promptly accommodate your wishes.
Q. May I ship items to another address or person?
A. Yes. If you want to send items to friends or family, our shopping cart program has an optional shipping field.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. You may return any unworn clothing or unused items in its original condition (resellable) within 30 days of purchase.
* Returns and exchanges are only acceptable within 30 days of purchase.
* All items must be unused or in like-new condition.
* Returned merchandise is subject to inspection before issuing a refund or
